Applications and Payment must be received by March 1, 2024. More than one space may be purchased. All vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax and abiding by all local, state and federal laws.

This event is outdoors and vendors must provide their own tent, tables and chairs. Must mark electricity is needed prior to event. Access to vendor set up will take place Fri March 15 from Noon – 8 PM or Sat March 16 at 7 AM. All vendors will need to be set up by 11 AM and all vehicles moved to vendor parking. If you are a chain vendor/independent consultant please mark that on your application. NO REFUNDS will be issued. Food vendors must upload a copy of liability insurance listing Greater Hillsborough County Fair Association, Inc as additionally insured by March 1, 2024. Food vendors must submit a picture of your tent/trailer and display.

In consideration of participating in such activity, the participant does hereby release and forever discharge Greater Hillsborough County Fair Association, Inc and Back Porch Jam, it’s officers, directors, staff, volunteers, jointly and severally, from any and all actions, causes of injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participants, merchants, vendors, spectators or others in consequence of participating in event. The release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability. Booths are not insured by the Greater Hillsborough County Fair Association, Inc. Exhibitors must safeguard their items and goods. Exhibitors and Vendors assumes full responsibility for protecting, caring and maintenance of property. I have read and agree to abide by all rules and regulations of this event.
