Judges agrees to indemnify and hold the Greater Hillsborough County Fair Association, Inc/BackPorch Jam at the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds, it’s employees, agents and volunteers harmless from any and all claims made against same, including, without limitation, all costs, liabilities, judgements, expenses, damages and reasonable attorney fees arising our of or in connection with any structure erected by the contestants, any apparatus, equipment or personal property used by contestants and any act or omission of contestants, its agents, invitees, participants, contestants participation in the contest.
