The contest committee reserves the right to reject any application. Entry fees will be refunded us application in rejected. No refunds will be made once team has been accepted.
Any photographs or videos authorized or taken by the contest committee of a team can be used for promotional purposes.
Contestants agrees to indemnify and hold the Greater Hillsborough County Fair Association, Inc/BackPorch Jam at the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds, it’s employees, agents and volunteers harmless from any and all claims made against same, including, without limitation, all costs, liabilities, judgements, expenses, damages and reasonable attorney fees arising our of or in connection with any structure erected by the contestants, any apparatus, equipment or personal property used by contestants and any act or omission of contestants, its agents, invitees, participants, contestants participation in the contest.
Please note – no golf carts are allowed
I agree to abide by the Rules and Regulation of the Greater Hillsborough County Fair Association and BackPorch Jam at the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds. I further agree to notify all members of the team I represent of these rules.
