In consideration of participating in such activity, the participant does hereby release and forever discharge Greater Hillsborough County Fair Association, Inc and it’s officers, directors, staff, volunteers, jointly and severally, from any and all actions, causes of injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participants, merchants, vendors, spectators or others in consequence of participating in event. The release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability. Booths are not insured by the Greater Hillsborough County Fair Association, Inc. Exhibitors must safeguard their items and goods. Exhibitors and Vendors assumes full responsibility for protecting, caring and maintenance of property. I have read and agree to abide by all rules and regulations of this event.
