CONTEST RULES

• The Hillsborough County Fair reserves the right to disallow and disqualify anything deemed inappropriate, vulgar,  or depiction not fitting with the family atmosphere of the fair.
• Entries are limited to the first 12 contestants only
• The Hillsborough County Fair, its volunteers, directors, or agents are not responsible for lost, stolen, any injuries that may occur during the contest.
• Ribbons will be awarded to each winner.
